How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed with MorMajor Silver Design are prepared and shipped within 24 hours at the latest, and within 3 days at the latest. Depending on the workload of the shipping companies, delivery takes between 2 and 10 business days. MorMajor Silver asks for your understanding for any delays that may occur due to reasons beyond its control. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first business day of the week and delivered within 2 to 10 business days. For custom design orders, the production speed of the product will be communicated to you, it will be shipped on the promised day, and delivered within 2 to 10 business days. You have the option to exchange all products purchased from MorMajor Silver. If the ring size you wish to exchange is incorrect, simply send us the product with a short note indicating your exact ring size (which you can obtain from a jeweler). If the ring you wish to exchange is a different model, simply contact our WhatsApp order line or customer service center to inform us of the model you wish to exchange for and the new model you want.
